Ordering your repeat prescription: 

Please order your medication via Patient Access here – this is the preferred option as the requests are forwarded directly to your GPs inbox.

If you do not have Patient Access please order your repeat prescription using the form below

Alternatively your nominated pharmacy can order your prescriptions on your behalf (please contact them directly).

Please note:

Prescription requests can not be taken by the practice via telephone call. Please use the methods stated above.

The practice will not contact you to confirm the request has been processed as all approved requests are electronically sent to your nominated pharmacy. To confirm your prescription is ready, contact or visit your nominated pharmacy. Please do not contact the practice unless your pharmacy has not received the prescription. The practice will only contact you if your request is declined or if additional information is required.
