If you have symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19), you can ask for a test to check if you have the virus. This is called an antigen test. You do not need to contact the surgery for an isolation note, these can be accessed on line https://www.gov.uk/government/news/online-isolation-notes-launched-providing-proof-of-coronavirus-absence-from-work

We ask you not to attend the surgery unless you have a booked appointment. Please keep consultations with clinical staff or receptionists brief. Keep a distance of 2 meters away from staff and other patients as much as possible. .
