Unfortunately our Staff may not be able to see patients who arrive more than 10 minutes late for their scheduled appointment.

Please inform us if you know you are likely to be late and we will endeavour to fit you in, but this is at the discretion of the doctor or nurse involved, and there may be some delay.

Late Running Clinics

Appointments sometimes run late as it is not always possible to predict how long consultations will take, or if an emergency medical situation will occur.

We apologise for the frustration and any inconvenience this may cause.  Our reception staff, will keep you informed of any significant delay, and will give you the option to re-book another appointment if more convenient.
