Routine medical advice can be accessed by sending an eConsult.

You should receive a initial response or offer of an appointment within two working days.

Medical appointments are initially on the telephone, and can be booked by calling the Patient Support Team on 020 3143 3500.

These initial telephone appointments can be book ed on the day for urgent concerns.

Routine telephone appointments are also available to be booked in advance.

Appointments are being delivered face-to-face or via video where necessary after assessment by one of our clinical team.

Home Visits

Please ask for home visits only when the patient is too ill to attend the surgery. Requests for home visits should be made before 11am where possible.

Nurse Appointments

Our nursing team have a wide range of skills, experience and special interests to provide the best possible care and service to our practice population.
During the current COVID- 19 restrictions, many of our consultations are carried out remotely (by telephone or video call).
Please book an initial telephone appointment for:
Post-natal care (according to patient preference can be via video call or face-to-face)
Chronic condition management and education – diabetes, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, hypertension
Health and lifestyle education and support
Smoking cessation support
Women’s health and family planning support
We continue to see patients in the surgery for:
Cervical screening
Scheduled immunisations for babies, children and adults
Therapeutic (prescribed) injections
Travel health and vaccination
Wound management
