Extended Access

Since 01/10/2022 there are some changes to this service which is now provided by our Primary Care Network (PCN)- South West Haringey. Patients can access an appointment at our practice site on:

  • Monday to Friday: 6:30pm – 8:00pm
  • Saturday: 09:00am – 5:00pm

Please contact us during opening hours to book an appointment. You will be offered an appointment with a clinician on site or a remote telephone appointment. Appointments are available with a GP, Practice Nurse, Health Care Assistant or an Advanced Nurse Practitioner. Alternatively, you can request to have an appointment at one of our PCN practices. Please ask our Patient Support Team for more information.

Please note the site will be closed during bank holidays.

There are 3 ways of contacting the practice electronically:

  1. To request a repeat prescription or book a nurse appointment, you can use Patient Access.
  2. Upload a non-urgent document on the website home page. This will be dealt with within 5 working days.
  3. For medical advice please use Accurx. This can be accessed on the home page of this website by clicking the banner. Accurx is a set of online tools for you to check which service is right for your symptoms, to get self-help advice, find out what other services can help you or send an online consultation to us. It may help manage certain conditions, without the need to attend the surgery in person.

We do not respond to email inquiries as this does not ensure a clear and safe communication pathway for patients. Thank you for your support with this decision.
